Architect/Project Designer

We’re seeking self-motivated, passionate architects and project designers with 5–10 years of experience in residential design.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy both creativity and technical execution, and who want to work in a collaborative design-build environment rather than handing drawings off to an outside contractor.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of Architecture or Interior Design experience
  
• Experience working through all phases of residential projects
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Revit (required)
  
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and hand sketching (a plus)

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of residential remodeling experience
  
• Strong background in kitchens, baths, additions, and basements
  
• Ability to perform hands-on work when necessary
  
• Confidence reading blueprints and laying out projects from foundation through finish
  
• Knowledge of building codes and basic mechanical systems
  
• Ability to perform material takeoffs
  
• Experience directing employees and coordinating trade partners
  
• Reliable transportation and complete inventory of tools
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
