Project Overview
Our clients needed additional living space to better accommodate their family’s everyday life and to provide a better connection to the rear yard. The home addition created new opportunities for entertaining and daily gatherings, while also improving the home’s overall functionality.
Design + Layout
We centralized the kitchen to optimize the home’s flow and to make room for the dining room to be placed at the back of the house. This created an ideal connection to the new deck and backyard. Despite the limited parameters of the project, this strategic layout minimized circulation space and maximized livable areas.
Style + Finishes
The renovated kitchen is a traditional style, while the back of the house and deck have a more modern aesthetic. The interior and exterior flow together beautifully, offering the convenience of indoor-outdoor living.
