Phil McTighe
Lead Carpenter
Phil has been with the Four Brothers team since 2012. He is our resident gas and plumbing expert and the go-to guy when it comes to updating these utilities in our builds. As a lead carpenter, Phil oversees all aspects of the build process, from demolition to punch out. He is a natural problem solver and has a healthy touch of OCD (we're okay with that) which drives him to perfect every project we assign.

Phil is a DC native, born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. He comes from a big family and is the third of six siblings. He studied film at Montgomery College and enjoys expressing his creative side through photography and his own videography projects.
